3  Yoga and Meditation Retreats are held each year to help us take time out of our busy lives to heal. 

 

Yoga, Meditation, Inspirational workshops, Bonfire Kirtan, Qigong, Nature walks, Setting spiritual goals, Vegetarian food with vegan and gluten-free options. Children welcome.

Retreats are free of charge and are sponsored by Science of Spirituality (sos.org). 

Meal Price for 1 Day is $15 (Saturday or Sunday) Price for both days is $25
Lodging is available upon request

Spring retreat schedule:

Sat March 2 –
Check in 8:30
9:00 am. Yoga and Meditation
9:00 – 12:00 pm. Break for snack.
Workshop on living a life of peace and health – discover the road blocks and how to overcome them.
Lunch.
Nature walk.
3- 5 pm Vision board on where we are and where we want to be in 5 years.
5 – 6 pm Yoga and Meditation.
6:30 dinner prep and dinner.
8- 10 Bonfire. Singing, dancing and letting go ritual.
Day ends.

Sunday March 3.
6:30 – 8:30 pm Sunrise yoga and meditation.
Breakfast.
9 – 11 – workshop on letting go of things that no longer serve us.
11 – 12pm Deepening your Meditation Practice.
12 – 1 pm. Community Meeting.
1 – 2 pm Lunch.
2- 3pm Wrap up and retreat ends.
