Fall retreat schedule:

Saturday November 3rd.
8:30 – 9:00 am check in
9:00 – 9:30 am Intro to the surat shabd yoga masters and their teachings. Debbie
9:30 – 12 noon Yoga and meditation practice. Debbie
(Nice long one)
Break for lunch
1:00 – 2:00 pm Nature walk
2:00 – 3:00 pm Workshop on letting go of that which is no longer serving our spiritual growth – Jackie
Break – tea and snacks.
3:30 – 4:30 pm Workshop on adopting a positive attitude towards our journey through life. William Smith
5:00 – 6:00 pm Yoga
Break – help set up bonfire and make dinner.
6:00 – 7:00 pm Dinner
7:15 – 9:00 pm Bonfire, poems, songs and smores.
9:00 – 10:00 pm Reflection on our habits. Harmful or helpful , Yoga Nidra and retire. Debbie

Sunday November 4th
6:00 – 7:30 am Sunrise yoga and meditation outside.
(weather permitting)
7:30 – 8:30 am – light breakfast snack.
8:30 – 10:30 am – Journey of the soul Debbie and Don Hoes.
11:00 – 12:00 pm Meditation with community or meditation class in library.
12:00 – 1:00 pm Join community satsang.
1:00 – 2:00 pm Community lunch.
2:30 – 3:30 pm Vision boards to map your path forward.
Retreat ends.
