Three yoga and meditation retreats are held each year to help us take time out of our busy lives to heal.

Yoga, Meditation, Inspirational workshops, Bonfire Kirtan, Qigong, Nature walks, Setting spiritual goals, Vegetarian food with vegan and gluten-free options. Children welcome.

Retreats are free of charge and are sponsored by Science of Spirituality (sos.org)

Meal donation for 1 Day (Saturday or Sunday) is $15. Recommended donation for both days is $25.
Lodging is available upon request.

Spring 2020 Retreat Schedule

SATURDAY (March 28th)

8:00 am
Check in

9:00 am
Yoga and Meditation

11:00-1:00 pm
How empowering the soul through meditation helps to balance our emotional self. Once the emotions are in balance we find our lives a lot less filled with anxiety and filled with more peace. We can’t change life but we can change how we react to it. The theory and practice of empowering the soul.

3—5 pm
Vision Board activity. Reflection on where we are and where we would like to be in 3 – 5 years.

5—6 pm
Yoga and Meditation.

6:30 pm
Dinner prep and dinner.

8—10 pm
Bonfire, singing, dancing, and letting go ritual. Day ends.

SUNDAY (March 29th)

6:30—8:30 am
Sunrise yoga and meditation. Breakfast.

9:00—11:00 am
Workshop on letting go of things that no longer serve us.

11:00—12:00 pm
How to let go of excess baggage. How to let go of that which no longer serves us, that which is no longer helpful or useful to us. Thoughts and actions.

12:00—1:00 pm
Spiritual discourse.

1:00—2:00 pm
Lunch.

2:00—3:00 pm
Wrap up and retreat ends.

  • Discover the hidden you and reveal your true self.
  • Living with heart.
  • Healthy cooking, Good Food, good mood.
  • The Journey the soul takes during meditation according to the Masters of Surat Shabd Yoga.
  • Effective communication for healthy relationships with yourself and others.
  • How to improve your meditations.

How To Register

To register for the Spring 2020 retreat, please fill out the retreat registration form. There is no cost for registration, but all attendees must register prior to the retreat.
